本組織係以培育青少年學子以愛為本，關懷對待生活週遭的一切人、事、物及環境，具同理心的悲憫情懷，付出－已之力進而影響週遭的人士，幫助任何需要支援的人與事。
根據中西文化的特質與融合，透過教育的方式、舉辦各類活動帶來的啟發及社會服務過程的觸動、進而培養出具有健全人格特質、熱愛生命及肯定自己價值的莘莘學子，人人自愛、愛家、愛社區、愛地球，以愛與憫的心，共同創造美好的世界。 

 

The organization aims to nurture young students to be loving-based, caring for all people, things, objects and the environment around them, with empathetic compassion, and to influence those around them and help anyone and everything in need of support.
According to the characteristics and integration of Chinese and Western cultures, through the way of education, the inspiration brought by various activities and the touch of the social service process, then cultivate students with sound personality traits, love life and affirm their own value, everyone loves themselves, loves home, loves the community, loves the earth, and creates a better world with love and compassion.
